CaseCryo® DMSO 10% is a freezing medium specifically designed to meet the rigorous requirements of cell preservation and cell therapy workflows. Its chemically defined, animal component-free, and protein-free formulation, with 10% DMSO, ensures superior cell viability, long-term function, and genomic stability. Optimized for human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), CaseCryo® DMSO 10% also demonstrates excellent recovery across diverse human cell types, including HEK293 cells.

Empirically tested for consistent performance, it provides a safe and reliable alternative for research in regenerative medicine and cell therapies by reducing immunogenicity and enhancing cellular recovery.  It works synergistically with CaseBase® Dissociation Medium and CaseBase® Washing Medium to improve cell survival and function in cryopreservation workflows.
