DPBS No Ca, No Mg

This classic formulation is a balanced phosphate-buffered salt solution without Ca & Mg. Designed to maintain mammalian cells in a physiological pH range. This versatile classic salt solution is used for cell dissociation, irrigation, handling and washing of cells prior to cell counting. The absence of Calcium and Magnesium facilitates washing of chelating agents, a key step in the cell dissociation process.
